Started It... 60 Days... Well, this is Day 1 of my 60 Day Juice Reboot. Feeling pretty good, (don't mean to sound gross but...) going to the bathroom a lot, and totally enjoyed my Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises this morning; thanks to YouTube's Dr. Lam's Beginners' video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIOHGrYCEJ4&t=1438s) and Marissa's, "QiGong for Beginners." After meditation, this was the next logical step and I felt these simple exercises all over my body. Regular physical exercise is what I have missed these past years. My diet wasn't that bad, but without exercise you can expect to gain weight; especially if you're in your 40's. The key is balance. That may sound funny coming from someone who is not going to chew food for 60 days. But, eating right and exercise is definitely the balance every body needs.
